I got this question in my email the other day. I’ve edited for anonymity and clarity:
I have read a lot of articles on the internet in regards to satanic witches. I have read mostly that their brash and sexy, knows how to get what they want whenever they want. These women seem pretty badass and regular wiccans/witches are very intimidated by them. I read an article stating they don’t use magick (lesser) but I have also read articles stating that they do. What makes theses women so bad ass? I’m curious because part of me would love some of what they’re drinking.

Well in order for me to give the best and most entertaining answer, I’ll break it down and comment on each piece of information. I am going to number each piece.
Greetings. Adjective. To greet the coming of an event. Commonly used as a way of saying “hello”, sometimes used by aliens.
2. I have read a lot of articles on the internet in regards to satanic witches.
I have not. I tend to prefer to read books. Of course the internet is updated more regularly, but I find that a good book that is written well, will be as valid after 5, 10 or even 150 years after it is written. The only book I’ve read on Satanic Witches is by Anthon LaVey. It is a how-to guide for the manipulation and seduction of men by women. The only things I really find interesting is the kind of social engineering LaVey discusses throughout the book, which is kind of similar, though with very different goals in mind, to the book “The art of Deception” by Kevin Mitnick, the famous hacker, who also discusses social engineering, the actual manipulation of people. I would love to know which books you’ve read, or the links to the articles so I could have a better understanding of where you are coming from, literaly speaking.
3. I have read mostly that their brash and sexy, knows how to get what they want whenever they want.
I can understand then that this is your expectation on the subject, and it is also your desire to be brash and sexy. Especially you desire the skills and experience to know how to get what you want and when to get it. This is your real goal, forget about witches. I mean, while Satanic Witches are interesting to read about, your focus is really about getting more experience and respect. I will argue that brash and sexy is OK as long as it is sophisticated and done with great confidence.
4. These women seem pretty badass
And you are not? And what exactly is contained in the word ‘badass’ and what is the psychology behind it? Being a bad ass is clearly related to the anal phase according to Freud. This area of the psyche is related to the concept of territory, hence the military uses ass and excrement-related expressions all the time: shit has hit the fan, or your ass is mine, or that country is full of assholes, or let’s get some ass kicked and so on, etc.
By statement 4, you reveal that you desire more control over territory. And your age is between 16 and 22.
5. and regular wiccans/witches are very intimidated by them.
Sorry to imply a joke. I would love to meet a regular witch. I imagine one commuting by subway to the boring regular witch office with a boring regular suitcase full of regular witch-stuff. Joking aside, first, I have never met a witch that is regular, they are all different, but there is of course the difference between a witch and one that associate with satanic currents. Because of the fear associated with the names of Lucifer or Satan many people are naturally afraid of what it means. Some people will put on the name just to associate with the fear it creates, just playing along with the popular stereotypes that “Satanism” (as defined by mainstream christians) is all about. Is this kind of fear what other witches are intimidated by?
6. I read an article stating they don’t use magick (lesser) but I have also read articles stating that they do.
Having accounted for these articles would certainly help.
7. What makes theses women so bad ass?
You have read the articles, I have not. From the scarce information you reveal some things I mentioned already, the control of fear by association, maybe just tapping into people’s expectation that anything to do with SATAN or LUCIFER is SCARY and therefore commands fear, and fear can be used to control people [to some extent..] I would give that such an association certainly also is demanding on whoever decides to do so. This is the toll we have to pay even if we DON’T subscribe to mainstream christian belief on what [in my case] Luciferianism is all about, we may still face being interpreted the wrong way. Right or wrong, the impression that we create every day, from what clothes (appearance) or approach (behaviour) we make, the combined image is something that can be controlled and manipulated to give the right results. Knowledge of psychology, archetypes, and magick will certainly help. For some witches who associate with satanism, they can tap into “evil” energies that also can unleash power, unfortunately many people are not strong (or wise) enough to tap into the dark powers of the Qlipoth [without damage even to themselves]. Forgetting the law of Karma is but half of the truth in this matter. The other half is that there is no distinction between good and evil in the universe [hence the tree of knowledge of good & evil]
8. I’m curious because part of me would love some of what they’re drinking.
You will remain curious until all of you desire with each breath not only to get some of that drink, but to make your own distinct cocktail, to your taste and style. If you would like to get started of course I will also refer you to the very same book I refer absolutely anyone who would want to do anything related to magick, wicca, alchemy, skrying, tarot, and so on, etc, etc..
The book can be found here:

OK so I know you live in the US, again your age is between 16 and 22, and you tend to surf your nameless articles on your smartphone. My advice, get Kindle for your smartphone and buy the book above in the kindle version. I even checked, and yes, there is.
