Luciferians can also be known as Indigos, Crystals, Rainbows, Lightworkers, Starseeds, and so on.
While these names have different angles and perspectives, and create different associations, they are aspects of the same.
In respect of the archetype of ‘Lucifer, bringer of Light’, we are all these things.
We are so complex personalities, so multidimensional… that we have difficulty relating to mainstream people. I know how even from growing up, I was totally different than my parents, I felt strangely misadapted to their and society’s limited dimensions.
I could speak before the age of two, and I could read and write before the age of four. When I went to school, I could already use math for practical things, although I never learned the stuff the way ‘they’ wanted it to, which meant I never got top grades, although I made my own mathematical language to solve any statistical or mathematical problem. I learned to program computers at the age of 8 and by age 10 I was tutoring the teachers in how to make recursive functions in the Pascal language.
I’ve had relationships that failed, because of the difference in complexity of our personality. If normal people relate to four dimensions as space and time (X,Y,Z and t) then we are five dimensional, I guess, having awareness of space, time and light (lux) where light can be the representation of the 5th element known as ‘Spirit’ or the mystical interpretation of the reconciler between two opposites ‘Air’ (mediator between Fire and Water), or the infinite possibility of light, as a photon has no mass, yet contains a huge amount of energy.
I’ve not yet found the right person to spend my life with.
There’s been many women, even more men, but only once did I date someone on my level. It didn’t work out with him either. It was the best two weeks of my life, but alas, the complexity also exist between our own kindred. This explains the diversity that is found among Luciferians.
If we could pick and choose we would choose the easy way out. No way our path is easy, nor do we choose the pain that follows it, but it is in our nature.
I think the question should be “What is your preference on religion?”
Luciferians decide for themselves wether to define religion or not, depending on their individual needs.
Luciferians choose what religion means to them.
Luciferians can choose not to believe in anything, or choose to work with entities as something that exists inside the mind, or something that exists outside the mind.
Religion does not choose a Luciferian.
Luciferians reject all forms of socially or otherwise imposed norms, but they will take great pains to understand and choose their own paths, sometimes misunderstood, other times rejected by society.
Nobody, including any Luciferian, can decide for another Luciferian.
I read the case against Luciferians worshipping entities, by Mabuz Luciferi and decided to comment on the arguments to consider when considering the worship of entities.
Luciferians and knowledge
Luciferians are people of knowledge. Knowledge is however, not limited to intellectual mathematical understanding, nor having experienced something of a material nature. I am referring to direct knowledge in what is contained neither intellectually or physically. Mystical knowledge and gnosis obtained by serious study and meditation can offer experiences that are as real and tangible to the initiate as the answer to Fermat’s theorem or a sexual orgasm. What better way is this idea illustrated than in Julius Evola’s “Abraxas: Knowledge of the Waters“. Readers are encouraged to take the care to read the full article only in a relaxed and meditative state, to fully appreciate its mystical interpretation. Knowledge can be expressed on many levels.
Entities as symbols and archetypes
Carl Gustav Jung, considered by many to be the father of modern analytical psychology, also famous for his work with archetypes often emphasized the importance of the alchemist’s quest for the “philosopher’s stone”, which could transmute base metals into gold; a metaphor for the spiritual transformation of the self.
Psychiatric analysis was a form of alchemy, he claimed, and each of the alchemist’s ingredients had a psychological equivalent. In this regard, iron was courageous and passionate, while tin was truthful and lofty. The element of Mercury, seen as the toxic, deceptive, transformative element which made the union of opposites possible, was by Jung’s definition, representative of the collective unconscious.
At a conference in Switzerland in 1951 he explained various examples of what he considered to be the phenomenon of classical synchronicity. He presented this as evidence that psychic ability, which occurred both in dream states and the waking world, not only influence but are influenced by the collective unconscious on concurrent planes of symbolic and physical manifestation, often superseding our fixed notions of time, space, and the likelihood of statistical probability. His respected work on the controversial area of synchronicity is arguably the most important supplement that legitimate parapsychology has ever received.
Entities in magick
Further work on the alchemical path, through which many tools exist such as ritual magick, the operator, known as the magickian, uses his various ability of conciousness and collective conciousness, symbolism and other methods enabling him to integrate and work with symbols and forces that exist on other planes. One good example is the different psychological traits of a human beings personality, symbolised by earth, wind, fire and water. A proto-masculine character would be that of fire, having the typical broad-shoulder V shape, while the intellectual airy type will be slender, the earthy type big and bulky. But in reality, people are influenced more or less by all the elements and are such unbalanced. The magickian could invoke a certain element, such as water, by means of all the different methods of associating with this force, to integrate it and balance it against his current mix of elements. I am not talking about physical fire or physical water, but the symbolic and universal forces that are embedded in all things in nature.
One can say the elements are dead, and therefore not an entity. Well, you could by means of magick create what is known as an Artificial Elemental, which is a symbolic representation of your Will. The Luciferian will choose to pretend this is a living being, or not, depending on his taste, but the more pragmatic Luciferian will know that the work is being done within the psychological realm of conciousness and shared conciousness, where the limit between the self, the Ego, and the outside, the Macrocosmos, are blurred.
To worship an entity is to invest your energy in that entity, or sometimes, to achieve communion with that entity to accomplish a goal where the entity can be perceived as being part of you, sometimes it is the integration of that entity, such as a person who has not known love, or who is unable to feel love because deep inside he doesn’t love himself. He could do a Venus ritual, (or to any other archetype which means the same) planning this ritual to the same respect he would plan a wedding, fasting for a week and abstaining from all kinds of sex, obtaining rare materials and items to carry the ritual out, perform ritual bath, and invoke Venus with masturbatory sex magick thus creating psychological and spiritual imprints that can cause fundamental change in that person. This is the essence of magick, and I think it can be explained rationally by the view of magick and alchemy as an advanced (but archaic) form of psychotherapy, or if you like the fun version, to think that you invoked Venus and have been bestowed gifts that were external to you given by an entity. My point is that if done correct, the result will be the same. And if choosing to believe will make the ritual more elegant or effective, then so be it. Maybe in the process, that entity does exist because the Luciferian has successfully created this entity in his universe, drawing on the collective subconciousness, making the symbol more sublime and powerful.
Slavery is to be ignorant and go about wasting your love or hate on something or someone who doesn’t deserve it.
Slavery is wasting your energy on something resultless, that which does not benefit anything, or anyone.
To worship should be an act of love, to love yourself is the highest worship. It is not by itself a master/slave contract, it is not imprisonment but liberation from the limit of the self. Love is the most powerful direction of will, as is its anti-particle, hate.
Love is best invested in yourself, and should be dealt out sparingly. Also limit the energy you spend. Done wisely, the expenditure of energy can give profound results.
The Dalai Lama once said that he is first human, secondly a monk, thirdly Tibetan(1).
As a Luciferian, I too am first human, realising as other humans do that life is a bitch. Put bluntly, of course. It is first after this realisation that humans attach moral interactions with reality such as having the firm inclination to see positive things in whatever shit that happens. I am all for positive thinking. The cycles we experience in life are apart of the cycle: birth, death, rebirth.
If you are familiar with the Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Hexagram you recognise the IAO formula embedded in this ritual.
- Virgo – Isis (creative)
- Scorpio – Aphophis (destructive)
- Sol – Osiris (restorative)
Recent years have seen positive thinking through self-improvement programs like “The Secret” and its myriad of spin-offs. I am all for the revival of hidden knowledge. At least more people are aware of how they are themselves responsible: “all the shit in your life is dragged into your life by you“. Moral inclinations again interfere with this realisation too, because why should there be pain? On having mastered the understanding on how karma [as in consequence of your actions] are realised fully, still, one fails to understand why there is pain and suffering.
So we try to find positive things in shit that happens.
As a Luciferian, you are human too and shit happens. But do not assume things happen for a reason. I mean, they happen for a reason [as in consequence] but not for a reason [as in punishment or reward for something] unless it is a consequence. How to separate this, is to realise that consequences [the way things turn out] are real, and moral values [the way things should be] are not.
Do you believe in destiny, that everything is pre-decided? Or do you believe in free will? Do you even know what true Will is?
If you are human, you will tend to adapt and jump around these assumptions more or less random.
If you’re a Satanist, maybe you stick with one.
If you’re a Luciferian, you are aware of all the conditions of assumptions and try to transcend them. Sometimes you marvel that something you can call ‘fate’ has smiled to you, at the same time knowing, you dragged all the shit into your life, and you realise also that if you can get this herculean pile of shit in, you clearly not only possess great power but can just as easily bring that shit out.
The worst enemy of yourself is doubts and regrets. They are powerful signals that you need to be more in control of your plans, actions and learn from the consequences that arise.
Once you control your plans, and your actions, you can control fate.
1) In the book “Ethics for the New Millennium”:
I am, however, Tibetan before I am Dalai Lama, and I am human before I am Tibetan. So while as Dalai Lama I have a special responsibility to Tibetans, and as a monk I have a special responsibility toward furthering interreligious harmony, as a human being I have a much larger responsibility toward the whole human family – which indeed we all have.
Jeremy Crow is another Luciferian. A musician, occultist and an intuitive reader, and founder of the Luciferian Research Society, providing a wealth of information about Luciferianism, and has created opportunity for discussion and the interchange of ideas on his website, which attracts Luciferians and others searching for their paths or just curious people.
On his website “Aphotheosis” – we find articles on the Gnostic Lucifer, some Magick and occult discussions, and information about tarot readings. There is also podcasts with participation from other people. I’ve listened to the last one at the time of writing, part four, which is mostly devoted to tarot reading, but provides some other interesting aspects with a unique musical backdrop.
Themed in a slight “Satanist” theme, with red, black and white, with some influences from Aleister Crowley, Sex Magick, Hermeticism, Gnosticism, Witchcraft, Enochian magick, and different symbolism… which gives association to a sort of wicca+pagan+OTO hybrid, with a luciferian gnostic twist to describe the style according to my impression so far.
Jeremy on “What is a Luciferian”:
You simply decide to be a Luciferian. You could also realize that you have been Luciferian for quite some time, and embrace that. You don’t need to receive initiation into any Order or baptism into any Church. You, and you alone determine whether you are a Luciferian. This is fundamental, because Luciferians tend to be very self-deterministic. Notice that I didn’t say that all Luciferians value self-determinism. That’s because there is no dogmatic set of beliefs to Luciferianism.
Each Luciferian forges their own personal theory and practise and each is unique. However, there are certain trends that can be detected in the community. Probably the most common trend would be finding inspiration in various world mythologies – especially those that deal with the cosmic rebel and the receipt of forbidden knowledge. Prometheus is an excellent example, and has a lot of parallels with the Judeo-Christian myth of the serpent in Eden.
— from Squidoo: What is a Luciferian
Through his work, which manifests in many different areas such as music, art, videos, podcasts and written articles, one can appreciate the complex and diverse nature of individual Luciferians, and perhaps feel, or sense, the energy which Luciferians in general surround themselves: Creativity and awesomeness! I highly recommend reading his work.
A re-post from a discussion in Luciferian Research Society on a thread about how you express Luciferianism in your daily life. This is my contribution. To read the full thread, see this post (membership required).
I have always felt different, and although occult studies and practice has lead me across many different works of philosophy, the Luciferian path and everything in relation to (our understanding of) Lucifer has resonated the most. In having realised my position, I gather more information, share my perspective, and act as a repository so as to inspire others as I myself am inspired to continue developing this direction.
I never try to convert anyone, somehow it helps to have some symbol or other that people can ask about if they want to, but I like to see people ask me based on my example, if they want to partake in what wisdom is behind how I do things (differently). My message is that of freedom and liberation from everything that limits us, in every way.
I continue reflecting ideas that come from my own inspiration and continue to be amazed about other Luciferians, how beautiful and unique we are, while realising, perhaps privately, that there are many potential more Luciferians out there who have not yet discovered their own path, but as I am convinced many more will follow in the years to come, I am exited to live in the times which I feel are the pioneer days of Luciferianism, and that the things we do, will directly and positively affect mankind in the direction towards this unavoidable evolutionary step.
As all change is painful, It will be painful for humanity to change at the fundamental level. In this time of transition we will see much confusion, but already the few Luciferians that are, are easy to find, as people use the internet, which is not only a technological miracle, but the very physical manifestation of something that enables limitless knowledge and limitless access to our collective mind.
Lucifer is no longer the devil, he has come back to our conciousness to bring us what we long for, which is the end of the stupidity and ignorance, but where we aim for the stars.
In a few years, who will know where this will lead us?
(this post has been shortened from the original for simplicity).
What I want to do is to coach a regular person who is not a Luciferian or occultist. He or she can even have prejudice against Satanism and Luciferianism, doesn’t need to trust me in particular but should listen to advice and experiment with the advice to build up empirical evidence of what works for them and not. And report the results. I will not suggest anything that goes against their moral or ethical framework, or against others, but perhaps push the boundaries a little.
The person being coached must be atleast open for the fact that they may need to do some exercises that seem unfamiliar, but where they will by own experience understand and take ownership of the knowledge and inspiration that occurs. To make matters simple, I can focus on your need to develop professionally or socially /relationshipwise. The coaching will be free of charge, what I get in return is a living laboratory to prove some of my theories that work. My success is your success.
Timeframe can be 14 days up to 3months depending on some factors, also I will book talk sessions via Skype or some other way of communicating directly. It’s free, it’s a good offer, but I will be picky about my subject. If you pass my approval then I can atleast promise an interesting experiment although I cannot guarantee success, success will be likely. Anyone interested can contact me via my contact info – then include about half a page of a short resume – what person are you and what you want to focus on developing / coping with. (Should be limited to career or personal relations).
Death Note – デスノート(Desu Nōto) Is one of my favourite Animé series.
Light Yagami, a high school student, discovers a supernatural notebook, the “Death Note”, dropped on Earth by a death god (shinigami) named Ryuk. Anyone’s name written in this book, where the user pictures the face of that person will die.
The story centers around Light’s attempt to create a world cleansed of evil as God, using the “Death Note” to kill only criminals. Soon, nobody dares do any crime and Light becomes popular, although nobody have seen Light or know who Light is.
The legendary “L”, the famous eccentric detective tries to stop Light from killing, thus begins a 13 episode epic anime series of plots and twists with these two lead characters trying to outwit eachother in one of the most intelligent and surprising way of storytelling I’ve seen in Japanese animé where the boundaries of morale, and who is really the hero will become a blur.
Don’t miss it. For your enjoyment, here is the trailer in english.
